Let’s start with how to prepare for the upcoming holiday season. This Sagittarius season is kicking up many unresolved emotions. As we edge closer to the overrated holiday season and the new year (2023), the excitement and pressures of gathering with friends and family build. Some people are thrilled to see their family and create memories of joy and laughter.

Others face loneliness or dread family time; both situations bring up similar feelings. Stop holding onto wounds that aren’t yours.

I had my own struggles being British Indian. I know India went through a great deal of atrocities from the British Empirical days to the internal separatism due to religious differences. I am not a witness or victim of these conflicts. My war was far different. While trying to obey my parents and adhere to Indian cultures, I became a victim of Hinduism. My spirit crushed, I wanted to die every day. I have been repairing the tears (rips) in my spirit so I can feel whole and enjoy this lifetime. I don’t burden myself with my ancestor’s journey, I only take pride in my self-discovery journey.

Understand yourself better than anyone else in the room! Keep your distance with anyone that makes you uncomfortable but don’t avoid the discomfort, it will only stew under the surface.
